2. Attendance and Punctuality

• Ensure your dancer attends all scheduled classes, rehearsals, and performances on time and prepared.
• Notify the studio in advance if your dancer will be absent or late.
• Understand that consistent attendance is essential for progress and group choreography.

3. Communication

• Stay informed by reading studio emails, newsletters, and posted announcements.
• Direct all questions or concerns respectfully to studio staff—not through social media or other parents.
• Keep contact information up to date with the front desk.

4. Financial Responsibility

• Commit to making tuition and costume payments on time.
• Understand that tuition secures your dancer’s spot and supports the studio’s ability to provide high-quality instruction.

5. Performance Commitment

• Support your dancer’s participation in recitals, competitions, and events as outlined in the studio calendar.
• Ensure proper attire, hair, and makeup for performances, following studio guidelines.
