Golden Dolls Dance Company Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Students must meet age and skill requirements for specific classes.
  • Enrollment Process: Complete the registration form, provide necessary documents, and pay the registration fee.
  • Renewal: Enrollment must be renewed annually or per session as specified.

2. Payment Policies

  • Tuition Fees: Fees must be paid in advance for the term/session.
  • Payment Methods: Acceptable methods include credit card, debit card, bank transfer.
  • Late Payments: Late fees will be charged for payments not received by the due date.( $50 Late Fee ; $5 everyday thereafter
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to approval and may be provided under specific circumstances not including uniform or costume. Otherwise will be used as donations.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Class Attendance: Regular attendance is required to ensure progress.
  • Punctuality: Students should arrive on time and be ready to start at the scheduled class time.
  • Absences: Notify the company in advance of any planned absences. Excessive unexcused absences may result in dismissal from the program.All students are on a 3 point system.

4. Class Conduct and Behavior

  • Respectful Behavior: All students must show respect to instructors, peers, and staff.
  • Dress Code: Students must adhere to the specified dress code for each class.
  • Code of Conduct: Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

5. Health and Safety

  • Medical Conditions: Inform the company of any medical conditions or allergies.
  • Injuries: Report any injuries sustained during class immediately to the instructor.
  • Safety Rules: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from instructors.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Cleanliness: Keep the studio and facilities clean and tidy.
  • Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Personal belongings should be kept in designated areas.
  • Damage: Students/parents will be responsible for any damage caused to the facilities by the student.

7. Performance and Competitions

  • Participation: Participation in performances and competitions may require additional fees and commitments.
  • Rehearsals: Attendance at all scheduled rehearsals is mandatory.
  • Costumes: Students/parents are responsible for the cost and care of performance costumes. Parents are responsible for replacing damaged items, uniforms, etc. Nonrefundable. Only Reserved for currently enrolled students.

8. Media Release

  • Photography and Videography: By enrolling, students/parents consent to the use of photographs and videos of students for promotional purposes.
  • Opt-Out: If you do not consent, notify the company in writing at the time of registration.

9. Communication

  • Contact Information: Provide up-to-date contact information and notify the company of any changes.
  • Notices: Important notices and updates will be communicated via email, team app, or the company’s website.

10. Termination of Enrollment

  • Voluntary Withdrawal: Submit a written notice if you wish to withdraw from the program. No refund of any kind will be given if you voluntarily withdraw from company. No exception of uniform nor costume.
  • Involuntary Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violations of the terms and conditions.

11. Liability Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: Participation in dance and cheer activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, students/parents assume all risks associated with participation.
  • Release of Liability: The company, its staff, and instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages arising from participation in its programs.

12. Amendments

  • Changes to Terms: The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
